•••The "W" Family Preview•••

Last weekend, I met the "W" family at the Duluth Town Green. They were all dressed and ready to go, but we had a big surprise when we got there - the Margaritaville Fest Concert was was in full force! We made do though and had a blast (as well as got to listen to free music). :)
I was so excited to see that these siblings didn't mind taking pictures together. Such cute brothers!



And they have another on the way! So sweet...

•••The "R" Family Preview•••

On 8-8-08 (haha, I love saying that), I met the "R" family for an afternoon session at a local park. The weather was beautiful...I can't remember the last time it was that cool on an August afternoon. We were able to take tons of pictures because nobody was melting after a few seconds. The "R" family were super adorable, and little "R" was the sweetest baby. I don't think he cried once in the two hours I spent with them. I had so much fun and loved getting to know the "R" family. Once the shoot was over we all headed home to watch the Olympics...wahoo, go team USA! :)

•••Strike A Pose•••

I met Mrs. "E" and her beautiful four month old daughter, Miss "C", at the park last week for another mom and daughter shoot. I think this little girl has modeling in her future! Not only is she super cute, this girl knew how to pose. Every time I put the camera up she gave me great eye contact (a photographer's dream) and a little smile. At least I can say I was there in the beginning. :) Here are a few pics to hold you over until her agent books her next gig.

•••Mommy and Daughter's Day Out•••

Whew...today has been a busy day! I am in between shoots but I thought I would share some pictures from a fun shoot last Saturday. I met "K" and her lovely one year old daughter in downtown Woodstock for a mother and daughter shoot. They were so cute and colorful! I think we were all impressed with how much downtown has changed over the last year...new restaurants, fun spas, and cute boutiques. We even stopped to do a little window shopping. :) Hope you guys enjoy the pictures! 

•••A Family Affair•••

Last week's rainy day shoot with the "P" family actually turned out to be a family affair. The "B" family showed up and they thought it would be fun to do a couple pictures with all of the cousins together.

After we were able to corral the whole group in for a few pictures, we did a few with just the "B" family by themselves. These two little twins were so cute, and so curious. I loved watching them do their cute little hobble walk everywhere. Such a fun age!

•••Rain, Rain Go Away...•••

Last week I had a session with the "P" family. All day just radiated summer...heat, humidity and lots of sunshine. About thirty minutes before their session began another typical element of summer occurred...the pop up thunderstorm. I quickly checked the weather online and all reports say zero percent chance of rain. I look outside and look back at my computer. Hmmm...maybe I typed in the wrong zip code??? I refresh and again the same results flashed back at me - "zero percent chance of rain". Go figure. I make a mental note to write to the Weather Channel about the public's need for accurate weather, and call Mrs. "P". We decide to meet anyway and make the best of it. Luckily, shortly after we get there the downpour turns into a sprinkle and we are able to get some great shots. Hope you guys enjoy the sneak peak of the "P" family!

•••Summer Time Fun•••

Summer is definitely in full swing, and these two little cuties were enjoying every minute of it last week when we met for our shoot.  Even the HOT weather didn't deter these two from running in the grass, exploring among the rocks, and feeding the geese. The excitement on Mr. "H" and Miss "M"s faces reminded me of why summer is just so much fun!
