•••Back in Action•••

Whew! I was having withdrawals over the weekend. We were in a place that didn't have Internet access. Have lots to catch you guys up on so check back often!

•••The "S" Family Preview•••

Meet the "S" family. The S family was just as cute as can be. I met them on Saturday in Norcross for some photos to celebrate their new son, Mr. J.M. 

First we met at Thrasher Park in downtown Norcross. I felt awful because when we got there it looked as though the park was closed and they had just begun demolition to renovate the park. As nice as big mounds of red dirt, yellow caution tape, and bulldozers are for photos we decided on a back-up plan. Oh well, Thrasher Park in all its glory some other time. 

For our back-up plan we decided to go to Duluth Town Green. 
Duluth Town Green is beautiful, but J.M. had decided it was nap time. We were able to sneak a few photos in, but we had pushed J.M. to his limit. So we decided to meet the following day at the S family home to wrap up the shoot. J.M. was well rested and ready to go so we got some fabulous shots.
Isn't he just adorable? He has the most perfect little features! I was in such awe of his cuteness...

•••Family Reunion•••

Last weekend I met this gorgeous family for a reunion photo shoot. Mrs. L had contacted me a few months ago and let me know that her family was coming into town from all over the World and that she wanted to get some photos of them all together. It was so much fun seeing them all together and I could have stayed all day just to listen to them speak (their accents were fabulous!). Here are some of the few moments I captured from the day...

This past Sunday I made a trip up to Cumming, GA to photograph these two little cuties. It was time for their six month pictures and they were even cuter than I remembered. :) I loved all their big bows and cute little dresses. Here is just a sneak peek from our session.

I was also excited that we got to try out one of my new pettiskirts. These are my new favorite things. Aren't they fun?

•••M.I.A.•••

Sorry for my severe lack of blogging lately. We have been a busy little family. 

I was sick for a few weeks...super sick. Seriously, I thought it was the end of me. I even drafted a will so that all my loved ones could have a little piece of me when I was gone. 

But no worries, I am almost back to 100%. Almost. I feel a new disease coming on...packingstinksitis. 

Somewhere between my cocktails of medication and my will writing we sold our home. It all happened pretty quick and our house has been a packing disaster ever since. This has made our beloved German Short Hair Pointer, Beau, very nervous. He doesn't want to move. He loves this house. He grew up here. His favorite couch is here. His favorite digging hole is here. 

So Beau has staged a protest. 

He jumped into this Rubbermaid and looked at us with his sad eyes. Eyes that said, "Please don't pack any more. Stay. I will give you my favorite bone, and let you chew it on my couch, as long as you want if we can stay."

No matter how many times we tell Beau he is going to love the new house, he doesn't believe us.  He just rallies and keeps on protesting. He has even enlisted help.
Sorry guys it is inevitable. 
So only a few more days of chaos before health, living arrangements, and blogging will be back to normal.

Here is a maternity session I took last month. I thought I would share it closer to baby M's arrival (only a few more days Mrs. G!). I am in LOVE with this session. The family was super fun and gorgeous. This dad is going to have his hands full soon with a house filled with gorgeous girls. Here are just a few of my many favorites...
I thought this was the cutest big sister shirt. :)

Little Miss G is super excited that her baby sister is on the way. She would sit there and talk and hold her mom's belly. It was so cute.
Daddy wanted to kiss the belly too. :)
