•••Sweet Baby I•••

Feeling a little under the weather the last few days, but I knew sharing cute baby photos would make me feel a little better. :) Don't cute babies make everyone feel better? 

This weekend I got to meet adorable Miss I. Just over two weeks old, she was so squishy cute. I met the D family at their house just in time for Miss I's morning nap. Miss I let us take a few photos, but then she peeked open her little eyes. Over the course of a few hours she kept peeking her cute little eyes at us and let us know she did not want us to disturb her sleep. :) Once she finally fell into a deep sleep she was out for good, and let us do what we wanted. This session was so fun too because Mr. & Mrs. D were open to a lot of new poses and had tons of ideas. I was able to try some new things and love the results so far. •••Gap Casting Call•••

Gap is doing their annual kids and baby casting call now through October 22nd. This year they have partnered with Disney, and finalists get great prizes. I might be a little biased (well more than a little) but I know I have the cutest, most adorable clients in the world, and thought you guys might want to enter. •••The "B" Family Preview•••

This is the B family and their little son J. He was so stinkin' cute! I loved his little round cheeks and he had the cutest little gummy smile. I met them in this awesome garden in the Edgewood area of town. It was perfect for portraits and little J seemed to have a blast looking around at everything. He especially loved the feel of the grass...it was so cute to watch. Thanks B family for letting me be a part of your day. Here are a few of my favorites. Enjoy!

•••The "P" Family Preview•••

Last week I had a fabulous family shoot with one of my favorite families. The P family decided they wanted to do some fun Fall portraits, so we met at East Cobb Park in Marietta. Miss M and Mr. B had gotten so big from the last time we had a session, but they are just as adorable as ever (look at all that cute curly blonde hair!). Over our hour together, I had a blast. It was so fun to see kids just be kids. They had fun playing and running around, and they especially loved their lollipops. :) I was also able to witness some sweet family moments between them all and that just made the day great. Here are just a few of my many favorites from their session...

•••She Said Yes!•••

A few days ago I was able to witness a very awesome moment. S & B are two sweet special people and now will get to spend the rest of their lives together! B planned an elaborate engagement but the weather didn't quite cooperate with his original plan. He called me with a back-up plan and it couldn't have been more perfect. S was totally surprised and shocked, but was so happy. To say she said yes was an understatement. :) Here are a few snapshots from my stealthy position in the bushes.

•••Baby M Arrives!•••

Last weekend I had the pleasure of meeting Baby M. He was so squishably cute! He was just under three weeks old for our session together. That, in combination with being a larger baby, he was very alert and had a little bit of time trying to get and stay alseep. I loved seeing him awake though. He was the most focused newborn I have seen. He kept putting one of his hands up to his face in a pondering manner. It was too cute!  He also seemed to be smiling already. Everytime he looked a Mrs. L a little smile would peek its way through. It was so quick though we couldn't capture it on camera. :( After awhile Baby M did take his nap and we got some adorable sleeping shots. He was so curly and sweet for us, that we though we would get big brother in a few photos. Baby M woke up when big brother was around but still was his adorable self. We didn't think big brother would be too interested in Baby M, but once you let him interact with his younger brother by himself he was completely in love. Here are a few of my favorite shots from the day.

Big brother wasn't too interested in holding Baby M, but loved laying next to him and facing him on his belly. So cute!
