I wanted to take a moment out and let you guys know about my amazing friend Mandy. Mandy's family has been personally affected by heart disease and other serious heart complications. She has been inspired to honor her family members by participating in The Atlanta Heart Walk that will take place on November 7th at Turner Field. Her goal is to walk to help raise money for the education and research of cardiovascular diseases, as well as to promote awareness and prevention.
